BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Celebrate your special day with a performance at
NINE O’CLOCK PLAYERS
Theatre for Children.
For your information, we have established the following guidelines for parties:

There is a non-refundable $25 per table charge for setting up*

Banquet tables and chairs seating 10 will be provided if reservations are made in advance. We have facilities for a maximum of 60 people.

Please bring your own food, paper goods and utensils. You are responsible for all cleanup.

The theatre patio will be open from noon until 1:30 pm before the performance.

Preferred theatre seating is available for parties at 1:30 pm. Thereafter, seating is open to the general audience, and you may be unable to sit as a group.

Your child will be called on stage for a special birthday button and song.

Please be aware that there may be other parties occurring on the same day. Because of the shared space, we cannot have clowns and other entertainment.

* Charge may be more for large groups.
